Captain canceled St Maarten port due to weather. There were many families with young kids which is not an issue, just made the ship more crowded. It seems like that if you really want a great experience you need to look at adding the upgrade packages for dining and drinks. Then at that price point consider your options.

We have been on 17 of royal ships now this is one of the best !!!

The cruise was excellent and staff was incredible. the ship was beautiful and entertainment was great. overall had a enjoyable cruise.

Ordered dozen roses thru RC only got 11, Ordered wine and cheese platter never got glasses to drink the wine. Both were to come with a note from me but never came. Had to go to the front desk to get wine and cheese delivered. The ship was set up for Spanish speaking passengers, also the entertainment was geared to them.

Love the deck plan for Freedom Of The Seas and other ships in that class. Great itinerary. Food very good overall. Always look forward to omelets for breakfast on Lido deck and the cold fruit soups in dining room for dinner. The omelets were very poorly done. Had one the first day then didn't order again. Cold fruit soup only on menu one night. Our wonderful waiter had one made for us each night after we voiced our concern. agent, Holley Ayers was fantastic, Second time booking with her.

I have traveled with 3 different cruise line and I must say that Royal Caribbean has been the best out of all of them on many different aspect, activities, food ect... definitely will be travelling with this line again!!

The cabins is cleaned and in order.The attention around the cruise are spectacular.In a brief everything are good

Islands were fantastic, need better entertainment.

the food was tasteless and limited, the entertainment was not engaging.

Overall It was a nice cruise but because it was Royal Caribbean we expected better. Other cruise lines like NCL are certainty offering a better experience.

I can say I enjoyed the cruise except for the bad smelling bed. The dining was great and those who served us. The shows were excellent. The ship is beautiful and windjammer was awesome. They need to minus the St. Kitts stop. There’s nothing to see. The place is rural all over.

Third cruise and this was the best one yet. Freedom is a great ship that doesn't seem too big or too small. The ports were fantastic!

The islands were the best!!! Overall, I love cruising. This was my 7th time out. I have now tried Norwegian, Royal and Carnival. Most of them have been Carnival, and I would rate them #1 hands down. Personally, I find the food and service on Carnival to be exceptional. The entertainment and options of activities have never disappointed me. I can honestly say my group, who are also seasoned (some more than me) cruisers agree. We enjoyed ourselves for the most part, as we never have a problem making the most out of any situation. However, I do not think I will do Royal Caribbean again. The food at the sit down breakfast and dinner was nothing better than something I could get at home locally. I felt they advertised and represented the paid spots more.

It was wonderful, except a excursion crew was very rude with me when Im approaching to him and before I ask him something he said something very rude. I was very surprise. But the rest of the cruise was fabulous.

The cruise was great. Third cruise with RC. Two on Freedom and one on Liberty. The crew was very attentive to everyone's needs. And the ship is beautiful. The comedienne was funny and the Marquis Show could be on Broadway. I give high marks for this cruise.

I have been used Royal Caribbeans cruise lines many times before and this was no exception. Definitely an awesome experience and mainly because it was my honey moon. Theres great service at all hours. Good and friendly staff, great activities, and awesome night shows. For sure you can expect to see me next year.

Our steward Deron was very helpful and did a great job keeping our room clean and fully supplied with what we needed each day. Vanessa and Nevil were excellent in their service during our dining experience each visit. Always with a genuine smile and specials of day with a little joke. They really made our dining experience a pleasant fun one. The activities offered on the ship was great too during our day at sea. Thank you Royal Caribbean
