Review summary

Ordered dozen roses thru RC only got 11, Ordered wine and cheese platter never got glasses to drink the wine. Both were to come with a note from me but never came. Had to go to the front desk to get wine and cheese delivered. The ship was set up for Spanish speaking passengers, also the entertainment was geared to them.

Just got off this ship two weeks ago. I don’t speak Spanish but understand several words. Although I felt the Spanish speaking guests were accommodated, I was not in any way inconvenienced. I did not feel that the entertainment was geared to the Spanish speaking guests. Everything I went to was in English.

Our experience with RC when celebrating birthday & anniversary was perfect. Champagne & chocolate covered strawberries with a note were in our cabin when we boarded on the Allure. FOS in the past had wine, roses and a note in our cabin on the requested day when we returned from an island excursion as requested. Maybe the requested order was never issued to your cabin steward. Glasses missing, that’s odd, but I would have called & requested them.

When in Rome do like the Romans just have fun don’t let a little hiccup ruin your vacation if you don’t have glasses drink from the bottle party on I love the cruise
