Review summary
Ordered dozen roses thru RC only got 11, Ordered wine and cheese platter never got glasses to drink the wine. Both were to come with a note from me but never came. Had to go to the front desk to get wine and cheese delivered. The ship was set up for Spanish speaking passengers, also the entertainment was geared to them.Embarkation
