Review summary

Ordered dozen roses thru RC only got 11, Ordered wine and cheese platter never got glasses to drink the wine. Both were to come with a note from me but never came. Had to go to the front desk to get wine and cheese delivered. The ship was set up for Spanish speaking passengers, also the entertainment was geared to them.

We have embarked from San Juan on multiple cruise lines and agree that the cruise lines try to make some accommodations for the large number of Latin guests. However, the ship is still primarily English and for us, the dancing and music was a real treat. We met wonderful people and while we never had to communicate in Spanish we really want to increase our Spanish vocabulary. No better place to offer a few pleasantries than on a ship full of happy guests.

All you had to do was talk to someone incharge they would have asisted you in english. They aim to please but don't know everything that's going on.

We have had that happen before. You have to figure with everything going on that there will be an occasional oops. Enjoy the cruising. 😄
