Mi experiencia al subir al barco fue muy buena, el simulacro fue muy bueno, la cabina muy limpia, pasillo todo muy limpio, comida muy buena, trato de los empleados fue excelente, pensamos volver otra vez...

We were overall happy with the cruise but the ship needs updating.

Cruise date was April 28 - May 5 2019. Would recommend this ship.

Great family time with our adult kids. Cruised on same ship 8 years ago and still a great ship!

It was a good experience with goods conditions in the sea ( not much movement). The itinerary was good and they extend the hours in the ports. It’s becoming a selling culture instead of a family culture to enjoy.

Loved every minute of this cruise vacation. From the ship to the islands, the dining, the staff, entertainment, excursions... everything. I would do it again tomorrow!!

Love St Maarten!My family and I did the Ship trek excursion through RC. The divers were really good and very helpful taking you to 20ft down the ocean. Beautiful fishes!

Loved this itinerary! Did not care for the port in San Juan. The ship was nice, dining room was rarely open for lunch, this particular cruise seemed to be understaffed. The excursions were amazing and the islands are beautiful!

Fantastic catering to all our whims! Spectacular revues. Views from deck was breath taking!

This was the second time on the Freedom for me and it was just as awesome the second time around. Such a great ship. As much as I love the Oasis class ships, the Freedom is one of my favorites.

We had an amazing time. This was our first cruise, and it was really an amazing trip! We couldn't be happier. I was a little concerned before we left because of some other people's reviews, but I've come to the conclusion that those people are whiners and nothing would have satisfied them. This is not something we are able to do often, in fact this is the first long trip we've ever taken together out of the country, and we saved up for it. I really can't think of one thing to complain about, it was simply an amazing trip. I'm a recharged mama.

The ship was nice, but is showing its age (due for refurb soon). We usually like all the shows, but after seeing them we would only go to 3 of them. The final 2 nights were best. If you have the 8:30 dinner seating you will miss a lot of events. Love and marriage show being one of the shows we missed. The gluten free options in the Windjammer had half of what we saw on Adenture of the seas.

Freedom was Excellent.. service , food, staff were Great. We will def be cruising again,

The cruise was excellent, there were several activities and good food. The attentive waiters including the one who cleans in the room.

Ship was a little bigger than our personal preference. Bigger ships - more people. However, we did have a great time on her and would love to go back!

This is a nice size ship, a little worn around the edges but clean and well maintained. Ship never felt overcrowded. Getting on and off ship was quick.

Hello Royal, I recently took a cruise on your Freedom of the Seas. It left Puerto Rico March 31, 2019. The staff on this ship were all pleasant. What was not was the cleanliness of our room's bathroom. It had mold all over the shower and paint cracking all over. We informed our room attendant but he wasnt unable to get rid of the mold. We informed guest services who informed us there was nothing they could do. Considering how much we spent on our vacation we should not have been exposed to such health hazards. Its was disgusting
