Review summary

Hello Royal, I recently took a cruise on your Freedom of the Seas. It left Puerto Rico March 31, 2019. The staff on this ship were all pleasant. What was not was the cleanliness of our room's bathroom. It had mold all over the shower and paint cracking all over. We informed our room attendant but he wasnt unable to get rid of the mold. We informed guest services who informed us there was nothing they could do. Considering how much we spent on our vacation we should not have been exposed to such health hazards. Its was disgusting

If I had a cabin that I thought was a health hazard, They either would have to change my cabin, or I would have flown home at the first port If your health is not that important to you, if your not going to insist that guest services fix the issue, then don’t complain

We were on FOS in February and our cabin, bathroom & ship were all clean. The service & staff were wonderful.
