Great service from staff at the Dining room, our Waiter Alfredo, assistant Waiter Sahrir were outstanding. Cabin attendant Muhlis was very professional and always kept our cabin impeccable. Cristiano Pinnacle lounge made us feel we’re welcome, Cecilia at the Diamond lounge has such a charisma and a sunny disposition. Rest of staffing at guest service and IT were excellent, Fabio at public service areas was always friendly and polite.

In the past, Royal Caribbean treated their loyal returning cruisers very well. Now, they appear to take them for granted. We will take another RCCL cruises in Feb. 2023. Maybe it will be different and the Freedom was an anomaly and they are still trying to recover from Covid.

Overall we really enjoyed the destinations and there were a few people we found super helpful but we were really disappointed in the cleanliness of the ship and the friendliness of the entire crew

Went on cruise with family and friends. We went to play golf in Nassau and enjoyed the beaches and pools at Cococay

Good but not like my last cruise with Royal Caribbean. Rooms need to be redone and food in the buffet was poor.

This was a great way to celebrate my Birthday. Enjoyed the ships offerings of food, activities and entertainment, as well as the various Ports. Will definitely be sailing again in the near future!

I had a great time. The experience was awesome. Tons to do on the ship, staff was great. I never felt unsafe on the ship. Food was above par and the service like a 5 star hotel.

The cruise was great! We love visiting perfect day and Nassau. The room and the weather was fantastic.

This cruise had a pretty rough crowd and the food was bland and consistently bad. Would not recommend.

Crowded onboard and at each port of call. Staff were incredible though.

Beside the water down fountain drinks and the same food for breakfast everyday, everyone and everything else was exceptional I recommend this cruise for family

My family truly enjoyed our first cruise. We are already thinking about where we might like to cruise next!

We spent some wonderful days on the boat, we made new friends and we enjoyed all the activities very much, it was sensational to dance with the recreation group in the pool and also to sing in karaoke was one of my favorite parts, the casino is also very good, the maintenance staff is very attentive, I loved that every time I went to my room it was very clean and tidy. This was a vacation that I would like to repeat.

This was a wonderful quick getaway. The ship had tons of activities & staff was excellent. However, we were very disappointed with our stop in Nassau & others we spoke to felt the same

Nice quick cruise. Prefer longer cruise on larger ships.

I have to say I have recommended this cruise to a lot of family and friends… it was exceptional and so much quality every where we had a beautiful family vacation and enjoyed every bit of time there
