Review summary

Great service from staff at the Dining room, our Waiter Alfredo, assistant Waiter Sahrir were outstanding. Cabin attendant Muhlis was very professional and always kept our cabin impeccable. Cristiano Pinnacle lounge made us feel we’re welcome, Cecilia at the Diamond lounge has such a charisma and a sunny disposition. Rest of staffing at guest service and IT were excellent, Fabio at public service areas was always friendly and polite.

Had an awesome time. Went to Atlantis and spent the whole day at the resort. Went to Coco cay and flew my kite. Booked my next cruise on icon in February 2024
