Review summary

In the past, Royal Caribbean treated their loyal returning cruisers very well. Now, they appear to take them for granted. We will take another RCCL cruises in Feb. 2023. Maybe it will be different and the Freedom was an anomaly and they are still trying to recover from Covid.

Waiters, room stewards food & beverage - Excellent. Disembarkation staff - non-existent; benign neglect.

Ship was very clean. Ship layout & design was good but the ship is too big with too may guests.

There was nothing bad about the cabin experience.

Ship tip

Diamond club was very disappointing and poorly done. Suite lounge was very good.
