I had a wonderful time. 3 days in paradise. we celebrated my son's 30 birthday on board and the staff made it extra special for him and his 1st time on a cruise. I would highly recommend Royal Caribbean.

This was my first RC cruise but won't be my last. Things are different here than other cruise lines including more fees. Gratuity is not only charged per person per day but additionally for items such as "towel check in/towel check out" even though those are not advertised. We enjoyed the cruise overall. We missed the food when we left! That says a lot. There was no birthday greeting at check-in or anything special in the room. That was disappointing. Luggage fiasco at embarkation without a real apology or answer. We also had intermittent plumbing issues! 3.5/5 for these reasons.

It was a great, relaxing vacation. We were sorry it had to end!

Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable cruise. Freedom of the Seas is a very nice ship. The food was great but the entertainment could be somewhat improved. I would definitely sail with Royal Caribbean in the future.

Great trip missed animals on the bed and comedy shows

This was an amazing trip. The staff was amazing and they worked hard to make sure all of us was having a good time. They food options were amazing. Food was fresh and tasted even better. The events and activities on the ship was fun and covered all age groups. Drink packages was well worth it. The adult drinks were amazing and they were not cheap on the alcohol. The kids loved that they can get whatever non alcohol beverages they wanted and we all received cool cups.

The ship was MUCH nicer than the only other cruise I have ever taken on a different cruise line. I would never have wanted to do another cruise after that first experience, but Royal Caribbean has given me a much better view of cruises. The staff is exceptional and the ship was easy to navigate although it could use far more elevators (we were with a mobility impaired person who simply couldn't use the stairs). We used the stairs exclusively because the elevators were packed with people and took forever and were HOT. Really that's the only thing I think could be improved upon. The rest was very enjoyable.

Besides the rain on Sat and Sun for a couple of hours each day, the cruise was great. My son and I are ready to go on another one. I would definitely travel again with this cruise line.

We took a multi-generational cruise to Nassau and Coco Cay. This was the first cruise for our sons (8 and 10). They had a blast! We did the Thrill Waterpark on Coco Cay and all three generations enjoyed the waterslides. Onboard, my sons loved Ocean Adventure. They asked to go back after dinner each night which allowed the adults to attend the evening shows. We all enjoyed the food, both in the Main Dining Room and Windjammer.

Definitely enjoyed the cruise & excursion. Wish there was more time allowed in Nassau.

Awful, because of not having a place to sleep. They brought rollaway bed but when you laid in it the bed folded up.

Despite the bathroom problem, I had a marvelous time and I am ready to go back

Wonderful experience with Royal Caribbean. The staff was courteous and friendly at all times. only wish there were restrooms somewhere in the middle of the ship

The people made the cruise but there were several complaints. We had two maintenance issues on day 1 and one of them came with a threat of a fine. The wifi only worked in common areas and only sometimes. We never had it work in the room and we bought the VOOM package. There were several erroneous charges on our accounts which were subsequently removed however, we spent so much time either at guest services or on the phone with guest services that the trip felt stressful and as though it was cut short as we weren't able to enjoy the ship amenities from the guest services line.

Great weekend cruise. Probably overpriced as 5 to seven days cost almost as much, but we couldn't take the time off. Drink packages way overpriced.

Absolutely loved the amazing experiences onboard and on the ports.

Smooth sailing cruise. End of May 23' weather was a nice 75-80 degrees. 4 days perfect amount of time. I would cruise again, deeper into the Caribbean.
