Review summary

I bought the drink package after being falsely assured that Truly spiked seltzer would be available. It was not. I had to go to 5 different bars to find just 1! Then if I wanted another I would have to pay a waiter $5 or a bartender $10 to find me one on the ship. Absolutely unacceptable. The MDR WAS AMAZING and somehow had one for me 2 nights at dinner. Certainly nowhere even close to what I spent on the drink package and gratuity. I’m giving RC a chance to make this right with me or I will go on Social Media and rant.

If you are going to let something like that ruin a fabulous vacation then..... look its basically a flavored club soda with Vodka!! The bartenders could have made you anything that you wanted. Royal doesn't owe you anything. Sure, whoever's you spoke to may have made a mistake but are you seriously going to tell us that you couldn't find anything else to satisfy you???

How would you like for them to make this right for you? You already threw a childish temper tantrum on social media. It kind of reminds me about a child that I knew in elementary school who refused to eat his lunch because his mom cut his sandwich in half but not from corner to corner. You got a great cruise...he got a great sandwich... you tossed a great time overboard and probably ruined the vacation of everyone else traveling with you... he tossed his lunch we just laughed at him.. which in retrospect that’s probably what your travel companions are doing right now. Sometimes you just gotta pull down your pants and slide on the ice.

Please don't threaten to go to social media and rant just to get something. People who do that are like 2 year olds throwing a temper tantrum. Just be happy you got to go please. So many other important things in life.

You can't bash a cruise line because they don't have what you want to drink. My husband always has trouble finding Guinness onboard. So he drinks something else instead.
