Review summary

The overall cruise was nice. We had a great time getting away with friends. Once on board you were charged for almost everything. While they did provide some things as part of the cruise package we thought some of the pricing was too high in comparison to other cruise lines.

the primary DJ played only one type of music. Seems since the cruise catered to a specific ethnic group. Which in the end is fine but a mixture of music would have been much appreciated.

the cabin was a good size. Not a lot of room for storage.

Ship tip

you pay for everything, soda, juices, wifi (which was spotty and for the amount of money was unacceptable). Specialty dining and liqour packages was too high in my opinion. If you pruchase alcohol from one of destinations you stop in you have to turn it in and you get it back at the end of the cruise.

Glad you had a good cruise. Thanks for the great review. Our last two cruises we walked off the ship with a zero balance. All it takes is planning.

We do not purchase drink packages as we don’t drink that much, but juices, iced tea, coffee are all free in the buffet or main dining room.

All of the included/not included items are easy to know beforehand. We prepay for our drinks package as we made the mistake once of not doing it. But easy to decide ahead what you want and plan any expenses. We know many people who do not spend a thing extra on board

So glad that you enjoyed yourself, we don't get any thing that we don't want,and have made up our minds that we will only get that which is included in the package, meals for MDR,,Lido drink that are offered without charge,so we have no surprises, money spent on shopping and excursions,gamesetc! Maybe El Cheapo but never surprised by added expenses! lol!
