Review summary

2nd time on this ship, 1st trip was memorable, in a Good way, but unfortunately, this 2nd cruise left a Lot to be desired. Not sure if I'll try for 3, or just try another cruise line. Sorry, I too wish I had a better review.

Live afternoon/early evening music was limited. Daily band by pool was not good, at all. Played only Reggae, every day, & not well, & I happen to like Reggae. Band was ok, but need another singer. The fact that No One was up dancing to their music should speak Volumes! During other daylight hrs, no band, there was mostly line dancing music, Def Need More Variety... The Best music entertainment was @late nite in the Star Lounge. There was an AMAZING Singer & 3 pc male band, (wish I knew their name), they were FANTASTIC! Male Singer singing many songs of diff eras', could've listened & danced to them all day & night 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟THANK YOU!

LOUD Shout Out to Daniel @the pool bar! Always Pleasant, prompt, & professional, greets all w/a smile, one of The BEST🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 THANK YOU Daniel! Only staff disappointment was w/my rm attendant. From day 1 & on there was never any body/shampoo gel in dispenser, didn't bother to ck & fill, along w/cpl other minor details. All other service personnel was On Point, TY.

Ship Quality

Only issue was my rm location, around midnite, we were all awakened by LOUD crowd, cheering from nearby public location... went on for some time. Other than that, Luv Freedom of the Seas layout.

Cabin / Stateroom

Could not see tv from both beds, though not much to see. only two free channels, both of which were childrens programs, All Night! As for cleanliness, other than stained, worn carpet, the rest was acceptable.

Ship tip

If you like all diff types of ppl, food, & music, don't embark out of Puerto Rico, which was geared, for the most part, towards spanish ethnicity... Some is great, just would've liked Variety!
