Good cruise. We have been on freedom now three times and can definitely see it’s age. (Broken chairs, broken hot tubs, doors didn’t work). It will go into dry dock in 2020. Food has gone downhill but it’s the small things. There was a group of purto Rican family that blared their music everywhere on a portable speaker (elevator, windjammer, the hot tub). Group very loud and very intoxicated. They were the only negative. But still a good vacation
Embarkation

Fast and simple. We had a suite and was also diamond. No wait.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Sorrentos pizza was always good. If there was a line it always moved fast. Buffet was a let down as they didn’t change much but was still always able to find something.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The activities through the day kept us busy. Fun like the other cruises we have been on.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Shows were good and singers had a good voice. We were on this ship in 2015 and they were the same.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Teresita our stateroom attendant and Pricilla the pool bartender was the best we have ever had in a cruise.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Hot tubs needs replaced. Few jets worked and was never hot. Our balcony door has to be repaired as the lock fell off. One theater chair bottom fell off when we sat down..... now the ship is going into dry dock in 2020
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Stateroom attendant did a amazing job, the best we have ever had. The balcony door needed repaired. The TV could not get to our account or order room service through the TV. No issues with sounds coming from the deck above.
Been here a few times. We did maho beach to see the planes. The excursion said planes and beach day.. there was no beach as the tides was high and he planes cane very few. We ended up taking a taxi back to the ship.
Thanks for the review,I and going on this same itinerary next Sunday August 25, First time in Freedom. First time in a jr suite, your review was very helpful. We are traveling with 3 couples who never cruised before do you think they will be impressed?
