Review summary

Overall very happy and satisfied. Main Dining Room staff always seems to be outstanding. Improvements need to be made to access front desk staff when needed (always long lines) Entertainment shows were very average this cruise and show times should not overlap other show times, and last again, this was the worst disembarkation experience I have experienced and all of my cruise experiences.

Always clean and great service. I did find air conditioning started out great but seem to not work as well within the last few days of cruise.

After many cruises and always understanding what to do.... this time there was so much confusion. Area's that you were told to report to were closed, people waiting anywhere they could, found out later side doors were open to waiting areas and not main doors. Very poorly done this cruise.
