Review summary

There were six of us travelling together and there was plenty of variety to keep everyone busy and entertained.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We arrived about 3:00 and went right on, no line up at all.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate breakfasts in the buffet and dinners in the main dining room. Both were fabulous.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We had a lot of excursions so didn’t do much on the ship but lounge in the pools.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Comedian and aerial acrobats were great.

Children's Programs

No children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Theresa and Wen in the main dining room were so sweet and attentive. Kenneth kept our room spotless.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was easy to get around on. Lots of signage and maps. Very clean and well maintained. Only complaint was hallway carpets smelled musty in the morning. Assumed it was from cleaning during the night.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The room was spacious and had tons of storage space. There were three couples travelling together and we had three rooms in a row. Staff opened the dividers on the balconies so we could visit together.

Ship tip

We took lots of magnetic hooks which came in very handy.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Loved, loved, loved San Juan. We stayed in Old San Juan and spent our days and evenings wandering the streets and forts. If you get a chance, check out the Sangria bar. Dozens of different sangrias. Sleeves of six 3-ounce glasses of sangrias of your choosing is highly recommended.

Willemstad, Curacao

Toured the Hato Caves - really amazing. Did the Pub Crawl and enjoyed that.

Oranjestad, Aruba

Good shopping. Did the catamaran snorkeling tour which ended with a chicken and rib barbecue lunch on the beach. Then went on a nightlife tour. Both were really fun.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
Took the old sugar cane estate tour. Phillip, his wife and daughter were terrific hosts and the rum tasting was incredible.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
Had to take a cab to get to the other pier where we did another snorkelling trip to the turtle refuge. Captain Mike and his first mate on the Fury showed us what sailing is all about. Had a great time.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We were the last to leave the ship and the lines were long but moved along quickly and efficiently.
