Extremely disappointed...not at all what I expected from Royal and seriously considering NEVER choosing this cruise line again

As expected however no wheelchair was waiting upon arrival

Unfortunately we did not choose specialty restaraunts on this particular cruise, and regretted it, however we went to the main dining room once and that was enough for the remainder of the cruise...we ate at (Windjammer) the buffet or grabbed pizza not what we're use to from Royal

We did not participate in any activities so it would be unfair for me to rate them...N/A was not an option so I rated them ok

Unsanitary, (bathroom) knobs, where you flush the toilet etc., the sheets were not changed on the bed and I had to sleep in my clothes one night...the refrigerator wasn't cold and our cheese spoiled...

Ship tip

Very disappointed...I have been on other cruises with Royal and had this been my first I would NEVER sail with Royal AGAIN...luckily I have been on other Royal ships....so my advice is not to choose Freedom of the Seas
