a) Main dining room was outstanding and deserves a 5 star. Waiter Joslino and Assistant Waiting Arturo was outstanding. They took the time to know us and we felt comfortable with them. One night we were seating in another location due to lack of availability (understood) and it was not the same experience.
b) We liked the variety of the soda machines. But when we first got on the ship and too our rooms we had no idea what to do with our beverage cups. Where do we get soda, what do we do?? We went to the buffet and saw the soda machines with the buffet and first experience none of them worked. They soon fixed the issues and for the most part the soda machines worked fine the rest of the week. Wish there was a few more soda machines on the ship and better communications up front.
c) On the Thursday night at 10:15pm wife and I went into Johnny Rockets for a malt (takeout). There was a few booths full but no means busy. We sat down and waited a minute and guy came over and slapped the menus on the table and mumbled something as he walked away. We waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to come back to even acknowledge us and no one came. There was about 5-6 people behind the counter and we were just ignored. So we walked out. One time in there and very bad experience.
d) Did not like being harassed for the first day or 2 trying to upsell on the optional dining options. We paid plenty for the buffet and main dining room. The optional dining options are nice but did not like having to turn 10-15 different people down on the promotions.

b) Movie night was cool, but there was 2 movies. Last couple nights I wanted to watch a movie looking for something fresh and it was the same movie as the night before.

We enjoyed the ship. Elevators seems to take a bit or overloaded, but can understand you can only have so many.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything great but the air conditioning seemed to get worse (not cooling) every night. Had the setting on max, the door locked, blinds closed and middle of the night was way too warm in the room. Complained last day and not sure if anyone looked into it. Otherwise everything was great.
Ship tip
Where and what to do about the Soda Package. And if you have 'my time' dining to make a reservation in advance. And if you like the dining staff, request to have them again.
We loved the excursion hiking to the top of the volcano. But overall St. Kitts didn't excite me much as we drove long distance to and back to the volcano.
