Interesting. There was 1000 people who attended the cruise in our group and I dont think RCCL just wasn't quite prepared for us.

As a platinum member there were lots of mistakes RCC very rarely makes and this was totally unacceptable. Charging to pour wine in each of my guest glass,assigned seating was configured incorrectly where my group was scattered everywhere. Our room steward was great!

Older ship so things were very aged and broke sewer lines that needed snakes because we could smell the human waste backed up.

The food in the main dinning room was served cold daily and the communication level with RCC needs to be reevaluated because a group should never be scattered throughout the dinning room but to be seated next to each other 10pple at one table and 10 at the next.
Puerto Rican's have the nerve to be prejudice when they need our help in rebuilding their country. We were riding in a cab and the cab drivers personal friend asked for a ride and the van was full but we made room for 2more but there was a white passenger in the back seat that wouldn't scoot over and the couple couldnt get in and the driver thought our group said no and wouldnt make room so he called the police,they kicked us out of the van and the white man who said no the couple xouldnt get in was told to get back in the van he could ride. Our group of six was stranded on the streets of puerto Rico. Never again will I vacation there again.
Bonaire is a bit prejudice folks. So we went into gelato Italian ice cream shop waited in line as various ones were sampling different flavors and I asked to sample a flavor and I was not allowed to . I kindly walked out and proceeded back to the ship where I can get all the desert my heart so desired.
We were told we could freely walk our luggage off the ship at 7am but the way they had us walk off the ship was crazy. We had to walk all the way around the entire dinning room instead of just turning right off the elevator, just didnt make sense.
