Review summary

This was my first trip since my husband died 4 years ago and it was a trip from hell. The bed was so uncomfortable I slept on couch, 4 nights I'm still in pain.

It was not as organized as carnival, you still waiting in lines instead of going to room and receiving key.

Speciality restaurant was good but the wind jammer food was horrible, dining room was a 5 but wait staff rude.

Tge staff was rude, the room cabin steward snapped me up when I asked for ice, as well as the wait staff in the main dining room and only gave me half cup of coffee, had to wait long time for breakfast and our friends didnt even get theres. Food arrived cold it was horrible

Ship old and antiquated needs to be updated, toilets went out they told me go to 5th or 10th floor in the middle of the night . Because my toilet didnt flush.

Horrible we had wheel chair in our group it took us hour to get even down to where bags were then they walked out side to get to baggage area in like the back alley.

Well you started you review that this was the first cruise since your husband passed 4 years ago. This leads me to believe that there more to your dislike than the cruise itself. Change is not easy and I am sorry for your loss.

Don’t give up on cruising you may want to try one the oasis class ships much more to do many more venues to eat you’ll never be bored keep on cruising I love to cruise
