Review summary

Embarkment and disembarkment washorrible. We were told they only had 2 wheelchairs to accommodate all the individuals needing assistance. Resulting in waiting over an hour to get off the ship. My husband just had back surgery and we were in a handicap room. The bed was as hard as concrete. And due to water not draining properly in the bath room my husband slipped and fell. This is my 20th cruise and my third on RCCL dont think I wl be going on another one. One saving g grace was our dining room staff was incredible (john and canny). They were very attentive.

I’m sorry you had a hard time, two wheelchairs? I rent a scooter from accessible at Sea.

Sorry about your husband but you could have rented a wheelchair for the trip. We did a couple of times.

So sorry to hear about his fall. I do hope he's ok.
