Review summary

This is my seventh cruise and Im disappointed to say that the food was terrible the shoes not at the altitude I’d experienced. The pizza is on the fifth floor instead of being by the pool, so parents with small children at the pool didn’t have a close food station. The food at the Windjammer at noon was too heavy. Only one omelette station in the morning and only one ice cream machine for 3k people. Towel at the pool were stained and old.

Just got off FOS and our cruise was great had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and staff was very helpful. We loved everything ship was very clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the windjammer was always greatest selection of food. Maybe you were on a diferente ship.

We’ve cruised on FOS in the past and loved it so much we’re booked on her again for February 2019. I’m guessing not much has changed because her reviews are usually good.

Maybe freedom isn’t for you however that was my first cruise and I absolutely loved it. You might need to consider Disney Cruise lines that is geared to families with small children.

Sorrentos on most Royal ships is one the Promenade/esplanade not near the pool.

Consider listing your cruises on your profile if you can... also sorry this cruise didn't work out. You'll need to book another to get over this one.
