Review summary
A/c in our cabin wasn’t too cold. Staff wasn’t as friendly as on AOS. Fabio Diaz- excellent; Jayverson Cayose (not sure spelling is correct)- excellent. Jacob- restaurant- poor service; girl helping at the line in the guest info area- poor attitude for a cruiseEmbarkation

Boleros Lounge
Nice lounge but the a/c needs to be cooler & maybe removing some chairs there’s more room to dance. Very uncomfortable if many people are dancing as was on the May 19th FOS cruise.
Main Dining Room
I perceived that the staff wasn’t prepared for so many guests- even though i don’t understand why if this is an old cruise. Maybe the staff is new. Could be better.
Cafe Promenade
Great area to hang out.
Windjammer Marketplace
Great buffet but lacking staff for so many guests. Could have been better (that is comparing to my 2017 cruise on AOS).
Sorrentos Pizza
Good pizza, fast & friendly staff.
Onboard Activities
Casino Royale
Great casino and friendly staff.

Arcadia Theater
Great theater- wherever you sit you have a good view of the show.
