all in all a good vacation this ship needs to work on professionalism and service behind the counter of the PIZZERIA and the bartenders in the casino NEED TO SMILE AND ACKNOWLEDGE US AS CUSTOMERS

These workers are on that ship for 9 moths without a day off. We too encountered some that were not as happy as others but I kept in mind that they work very hard without time off.

just got off that ship. I didn't find a issue with any of that. Everyone was very friendly.

Front line employees are vital to the customer experience. It's unfortunate when their shifts become longer so the company can cutback on their number. A sad trend among many cruise lines. Hard to keep a smile for 12 hours straight.
