Amazing Service

Sail Date: July 17, 2016

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Cabin: 1828

The staff was engaging and attentive. The staff is very friendly and there is always someone around yo help out. They made us feel as if this was the first time the staff was dealing with vacationers.Happy

Cabin / Stateroom
Newly added cabin, size of a JS everything was new and clean
Embarkation and Disembarkation
We've come to accept that RC isn't very good at disembarkation at ports but we're on vacation so we let it slide
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Windjammer service is vastly improved. Deserts and pastries still are terrible.

Don't fall for the meeting in the Arcadia during port days for excursions. It's a trap to control the flow of disembarkation but it's under staffed and confusing. Just go outside and look for your zone it will save you some grief
