had a great time overall.  this was my 7th cruise on RC and never a problem.  I usually book thru AAA but this time I decided to book thru .  The tour coupon presented was not honored, nor was the cash voucher. I had thought the gratuities had also been included in the original billing, but they were on the final ship's bill.  Other than that, the Virgin Islands are beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and the sailing great

Cabin / Stateroom
plenty of room for 2 people. attendant very nice and helpful for special needs
Embarkation and Disembarkation
as mentioned before, I had requested a wheelchair or miminal walking tour for 11/4. I had to walk the length of the ship to the gangway, another length of the ship to/from shuttle which left me in severe back pain for 2 days. I had asked at least 5 people if tour was one I wanted and was assured it was..refund only 10% other tour 11/5 very well endured and what I needed to enjoy trip. I also needed a wheelchair (Not to embark) but to disembark due to hip/back pain and received conflicting info as to how far into the embarkation process I could go with it. After finding the right person, I was finally able to get to customs and not have to stand for long periods of time carrying and/or pulling a heavy piece of medical equipment
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
tour coupon not honored, we were put on a tour that I specifically asked at least 5 people if it was easy or non-walking since I have back problems, and it turned out to be one that left me in pain for two days due to the walking from ship to shuttle boat, on the tour and distance from shuttle back to boat. Other tour was fantastic since I got the correct one booked. I only got 10% refund from the misbooked tour which was a disappointment
Onboard Activities
Children's Programs not applicable
missed the 'broadway' type shows. those shown, except for one night and very late night were more family appropriate
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Port Canaveral, Florida
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
more for younger people and beach goers. I rested on ship and enjoyed activities
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
problem with tour booked by excursions after repeated requests for appropriate one due to walking difficulties and minimal refund offered
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
loved it...bring hat and/or sun visor

More attention needs to be placed on needs of people who have some disability. I have travelled 6 times on RC before with no disability, but this time I was OK till the wrong tour and heavy walking tore my hips and back up (not anticipated) and then had pain for rest of trip.
