Review summary

We had a wonderful time on this cruise. Royal Caribbean does not disappoint! We usually sail with Carnival...the difference, the age group. Royal Caribbean looks like it's geared towards 65 yrs+...my husband and I are in our early 40's and really needed more 'young' things to do! Ship was dead at midnight! Looked like a ghost ship. It ended up being ok, because hubby and I had pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. The dining servers were the BEST we ever had! Vernon and Estevan made sure we had everything we needed and more! Ship is beautiful! Shows were great. Our cruise director Casey Pelter was OUTSTANDING!!! Made the cruise for us!

Coco Cay was relaxing, husband went snorkling and enjoyed it. St Thomas and St Marteen were beautiful!

All in all great trip, only complaint was not much to do after midnight! Carnival is the fun ship...Royal Caribbean 'the dull' ship!

We had an interior room...we found it to be just right. You're not in your room enough to justify a suite, in my opinion!

thanks for your feedback. .. I'm hoping there will be 20 somethings when I cruise but good thing I'm going with a group lol

The crypt is no longer, I believe they have made it into extra rooms.

maybe the time of year you sailed....its a real family oriented cruise line, winter months full of younger people, they do a lot of interactive games...The Quest etc. maybe you didn't know what to attend...

Also , have sailed on Freedom twice and both times there was a huge age range of cruisers from small children through to the more mature

There is a nightclub on Freedom, the crypt on level 4
