The Largest Ship

Sail Date: March 11, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

The cruise ship was beautiful. All of the amenities offered were great. We utilized the spa, barber shop, lounges, etc. The kids had a wonderfull time in the H20 Zone (kids pool). They also really enjoyed the kids club. The "newness" of the ship was nice as well as the flat scrren T.V.'s in the cabins. We had a superior Balcony cabin, but compared to other lines like Princess and Disney, the cabin was a little small.

Pros: The Promenade on the ship was beautiful as well as the Childrens Pool.

Cons: The tendering to Grand Cayman and Labadee took forever! Too many people.

Recommends Freedom of the Seas? Yes!

Cozumel, Mexico
This was the best port we stopped at. The Dolphin encounter was awsome!
Don't Miss: Dolphin Encounter
George Town, Grand Cayman
The island was nice, but the tendering to get there was a pain.

Don't Miss: Dolphin Encounter
Montego Bay, Jamaica
Don't even get off the ship! This island was crowded, and dangerously uncomfortable with the locals.
Don't Miss: Don't get off!

Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
For that many people they could use a bigger island.
