I think I’ve been spoiled by your sister line Celebrity-also a little too full for my taste and too many children.

Good cruise for the amount it cost. We did it on the Royal Caribbean "Explorer of the Seas", we would recommend you book a different newer ship as this one is dated and design is not optimal. Having the main pool broken out into 2 pools was not a great design and contributed to overcrowding.

Definitely become a loyal member of Royal Caribbean.

Lack of activity. Ship need renovation. Staff fabulous.

The staff and service were professional, friendly, and excellent. overall, it was a very good cruise experience.

We had a very bad experience with an excursion on grand cayman that was a total disaster from start to finish. Got off the ship late due to royal giving wrong stickers to us. 5.5 hour trip was cut short and didn't have time to do most of the activities we hoped to do on this trip

Overall this was a great cruise on a great ship with a fantastic crew. But I will avoid Royal Caribbean in the future unless or until they are able to be fully staffed. Royal Caribbean really failed in this regard. Also, the Internet was very unreliable. I think the Voom package is worthless and would not purchase it again.

Great cruise! I wish the comedy was better. And I wish the could’ve been more flexible about my situation, I ended up paying $400 extra to get co-joining with my kids since my mother wasn’t able to make the cruise.

WInjammer food never changed for lunch. Hamburgers and hot dogs were the main items. The main dining room food was not good, a whole table of people walked out the last night due to poor quality of the prime rib. Bar service was slow. Overall the cruise was a pleasant adventure and I am overlooking the food issues. One should give them more time to recover from the Covid effect on everything from their supply issues to the help.

Overall, the ship needs some serious cleaning and overhauling. Royal Caribbean no longer has to follow covid protocols, so my wife and I are now fighting covid. Two days after leaving the ship we tested positive. Not a very good experience this time and this ship. We will no longer cruise on the Explorer of the Seas.

Would love to go back to Curacao and Aruba! They are wonderful ports of call, but only with private tours through the local operators we found. We snorkeled, just the two of us with our captain of our own private boat and witnessed the cruise guests we were sailing with on boats with 60+ people. We went to some of the same attractions as the masses from the ship but it was times right so that when we were arriving or departing we were avoiding buses that were carrying hundreds of people. Doing it our way, Curacao and Aruba was amazing. Grand Cayman is also a wonderful port of call if you have never been there before.

Crew tried hard to overcome an erratic kitchen. There isn't enough entertainment so lounges go crowded out. I wouldn't go back on this ship unless it was an outstanding itinerary.

Cruise was fine despite cruise ports changing 4 times. I understand in COVID times you have to do the best you can with what you have. Turned out to be a great cruise. The staff was fabulous but understaffed. Corporate needs to only book the volume of passengers for the staff. Not sail understaffed. Every staff member went above and beyond but they are exhausted without telling you and smile despite it and do the best they can but really Corporate should be ashamed. You can't treat people like that.

I think there were quarantined staff; thus, limiting the attention that was given to guests. It was a good trip, I was just expecting fantastic.

It was fine but not up to our expectations after such a long wait. The last minute changes were very frustrating. Once was understandable but none of the itinerary changes were explained and other RC ships were still going to those ports at those times. We booked this as a 4 stop cruise and ended up with 2 and a half. Very disappointing but at least we got to sail somewhere after it being cancelled twice.

This wasn't the experience I was expecting from Royal Caribbean. Not a crew issue but certainly a management issue by overbooking while short staffed. Yes I know staffing is very difficult but the price I payed was for a usual RCCL experience. We did not get it. Ship needs to be refurbished.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the entertainment and on board activities. I would have selected different ports. I don't feel a need to go back to any of the ports. The food was tasty and had variety. The ship was very clean.

This was my third cruise on Royal Caribbean and the second from San Juan. It was a very disappointment experience this time.

We had a very nice time. Enjoyed this cruise very much.

It was amazing can wait to go again. Staff went out of there way to accommodate us in any need we had.
