Review summary

Despite rain and chilly weather, we had a great time. The ship, food and entertainment excellent. Whale watching hit or miss, we saw a few hump backs. Lunch at Orca lodge was very good..just a bit hazardous getting off the boat in rough water, blowing rain. All in all, I would recommend this cruise in July.

Even July is hit/miss with rain. Mine was in July and I do not recall rain interfering, yet there are pictures of us with coats and holding folded umbrellas. So the rain was nearby.

What a great trip
