Review summary

The excursion in Skagway to the dog sledding, gold mining and the train ride up the mountain was magnificent.

The room was not what was expected. The virtual window was a joke. The room was very small. Service was great. The steward and the waiters were great. The attendants at the Sapphire dining room on deck 5 were rude and not very accommodating.

Fernando was a great steward and the waiters in the dining room were great, however the attendants for the reservations in the Sapphire dining room on deck 5 were rude and not accommodating.

Virtual window was a joke. Room was very small. Would not book this type of room in the future. There should be a clock in each room and better TV service.
