Review summary

We had a great time while on board as well as in port.  The excursions we booked were expensive but worth the money.  We went whale watching in Juneau as well as to the Mendenhall Glacier and then in Skagway we did the helicopter and dog sled combination.

I think we also had great luck with the weather.  Only 2 days that were kind of rainy.

we had a balcony and used it quite often to view wild life and beautiful scenery

Ship tip

I was disappointed that they did not have smoked salmon for breakfast in the windjammer. we went to the breakfast in the dining room and it was on offer there. so if you like smoked salmon - go to the dining room. It seems like the food may have gone down hill a little from the last cruise

We are going in 2 weeks. Were you able to use the pools? How warm was it? Was it smooth sailing or rough?
