Review summary

I would give this cruise a 80 % rating out of 100 if it wasn't for all the selling of diamonds on board and at ports it would be much better. also you can not hear announcements of activities in your room only in the hallway and public areas. Don't get exited to win at the casino very very very tight

If you are interested in buying diamonds or jewelry this is your cruise. If you are not interested in that stuff you will get very annoyed you will be bombarded with offers on ship and off in fact they have a couple on line that they introduce as your port shopping ambassadors they will meet you at each disembarkment with a map of jewelers stores and coupons. One jeweler told us they did not pay the $10,000.00 a year to the ship to have their store advertised so they are not on any of the maps etc. When you get off the ships in Juno and Ketchikan the town is set up along the pier with a very high amount of jewelry stores and they will bug you when you walk by to come into their stores !

Sitka, Alaska

Our favorite is is not a tourist trap like the others, We want to fly in and spend time there, Be ready to pay to be shuttled into town and pay when you get there for activities they are half the price than you pay through the ship lines. Going back on the buses from the city is very crowded and and organized

Ketchikan, Alaska

If you are interested in buying diamonds or jewelry this is your port but make sure to see the lumberjack show but the cruise line charges double of what you pay there. the cruise line says sign up through us or we wont keep track if you are not on board and will leave if you didn't sign up for us ! you walk a short distance to the lumberjack show !

Victoria, British Columbia

Beautiful be ready to pay to get into town on a bus or taxi. but if it a very short time in the port for the amount of things to do it is the shortest port of call
