After traveling on the Royal Caribbean Allure, I was not expecting much from this ship. It was a pleasant surprise. Common/public areas were very well maintained, clean, and inviting. The crew/staff made this cruise a great experience. The ship is small and older but was a great deal for us. A lot to do daily. Only one day of bad weather on the last sea day. Felt seasick for a few hours but the weather cleared and I was ok. However, it could have been worse because this time of the year, rough seas are a high probability.

We really like Enchangment of the Seas even though it is showing some wear. We love the size of this ship. The large ships are not appealing to us.

We enjoyed traveling on Enchantment of the Seas. The services provided by all crew members were absolutely great!! Our stateroom attendant, Tercha, was extremely polite, friendly and prompt in keeping our stateroom clean and refurbished with towels and other supplies. The waiters, especially Mario were also polite and friendly. We sat at table 134. The entertainment on board was great!! We would most definitely travel with RC again, and would not hesitate to recommend RC to our friends!! CHEERS TO ALL!!!!

This was our first cruise, but everything far exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to cruise again.

Having cruised before on a different cruise line, we were disappointed in the quality of the food. It lacked flavor and was luke warm at best. The ship was on the small side, but seemed relatively clean. The service was excellent. The productions were good and the comedian was great.

THE VERY BEST CRUISE OUT OF 6 PREVIOUS CRUISES. STAFF - OUTSTAND; FOOD - OUTSTAND; CLEAN - OUTSTANDING!

The ship was very nice and very clean. We were not impressed with the onboard shops.

Wonderful all around, especially the staff.

The cruise director was really good! The presentations we good for the most part. One Exploration tour was awful. The presenter was terrible.

The Enchantment was a good ship, a little old now but still in good shape and plenty of room for the people on board.

This was my second cruise on the Enchantment of the Sea, it was nice to see some of the same crew, which says that the Royal Caribbean Company must be a good place to work.

As I previously have reviewed, the Enchantment is getting somewhat \"tired\" looking. But the good news is that she is going into dry dock this coming December for a complete overhaul. She is still a good ship!!!

The ship was nice. It's an older ship. The common areas were in very good shape and well kept. The stateroom was nice, but the furniture was a little dated. I hear that the ship is going into dry dock in December for a facelift.

Ship was extremely clean, personnel went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Hard to walk through pool area to get from one side of the ship to the other. Catherine in the Customer relations area worked hard to accommodate us. Er Han and Zaki a great pair in the dining room. We are not \"party\" people so much of the entertainment was not to our taste. Food varied from excellent to average. I appreciated notification of lactose free foods and lower calorie options. I would have appreciated the library having resource books on Bermuda and its flora and fauna--pehaps even an optional lecture on the subject. I also appreciated the Captain and the crew taking time to be interviewed and the photographers being optional instead of mandated. It was an older ship but we enjoyed it very much.

Excellent cruise and the ports of call were very educational and fun to visit.

This was our first family cruise so we all very excited as this was the start of a two week vacation and didn't know what to expect. The crew of the Enchantment was professional from start to finish. We felt very welcomed and at home. There was always plenty to do as far as activities went, there was a little something for everyone! One of the most fun evenings was the deck party we had. Seems like the whole ship was topside enjoying the food, fun and music.

Spacious, but not too large.

Although an older ship in need of renovation (particularly in the cabins,) RCCL has done a pretty good job maintaining the public areas. They are clean and unmarred, though the carpet and wood surfaces are looking worn. Our party had three cabins in three categories (inside in \"steerage :)\", one large outside stateroom, and one junior suite with balcony). All of us are seasoned cruisers -from 3 cruises up to 26 cruises each. We all found our Room Stewards exceptional and attentive. Likewise, the personal service in the dining room, with Joseph Roco, our waiter, and Ivon, our assistant waiter, was unsurpassed. Any service outside of the personal attendants, such as bartenders at the Oasis pool bar, or the nighttime housekeeping staff, was found to be distant, rude, or unresponsive. (I called three times for an extra blanket on two nights and it NEVER showed up). Dishes and cups left about the pool deck or on tables in common areas often sat hours, something I expect from Carnival, not RCCL.

This was our second time on Enchantment of the Seas. We had a wonderful time. Everyone onboard is so friendly. Room seemed not as nice as before, but super clean. Seemed they must pop in everytime we leave to straighten up. Dinner in the main restaurant also seemed to take forever. We did share a table with another family. They were often late and the waiters waited to bring all the food together. Tough when you have younger kids. Overall we loved the entire trip. Bermuda was gorgeous. Wished we could have stayed longer. The 2 partial and 1 full day went very fast. The one excursion we booked, \"Devil's Isle Cruise and Snorkel\" was awesome. Great crew and wonderful snorkelling, kayaking and exploring of a private island chain. Entertainment was great. Cruise director great too.
