Bought an excursion was given misinformation about transportation, missed an hour of my excursion had to pay for my own transportation. Asked to speak to supervisor got called back by male that sold excursion and he was rude & unprofessional. Manager called me a liar & didn’t want to refund my hour lost. In the end he said he would however at checkout the discount was not reflected. Had to wait 45 minutes to get price updated. Very upsetting three day trip for my daughter birthday. Doubtful I will go with Royal Caribbean again!

Good cruise. Coco Cay is under so much construction that I only stayed a little while. It will be much better once the construction is done.

Love Coco Cay we can't wait to go back. Your staff was friendly and polite and food was excellent. we wont change Royal Caribbean for any other cruise line. Thanks for your service and keep the good work. God bless you.

It was terrific. I came on the cruise with a broken foot, which precluded me from many of the activities, but I still had a wonderful time! I definitely want to go again.

Great cruise great value for money very enjoyable, stateroom was expected, Nassau Bahamas was good fun. All staff and crew were very friendly. Would recommend it.

The food and service was great! The staff in the dining room was amazing! They made the trip so much better!!

Lovely time! Crew was especially remarkable. Fine service but most of all such friendliness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise! Next time I think we will try for the early dinner time as the later one was during the shows we wanted to see. Other than that it was a phenomenal cruise experience!

This was our third cruise and it was fantastic!! The food was amazing (my husband complained that it was too good so he kept eating too much and, therefore, was too full the whole time!). We've been on bigger, fancier ships (Adventure of the Seas - AMAZING), and less fancier (Monarch of the Seas - did not like the food or the boat), and this one was right in the middle - smaller, but very nice, and incredible food/entertainment. We will definitely go again :)

Overall, a good journey. My surprise was the ships condition. Needs a complete repaint. THe staff (especially the cabin and servers) were AMAZING. Great personalities, smiles, helpful. The bartenders were horrible. No personality, no smiles not friendly. The drinks were totally watered down.

First time cruising is confusing on the ships need to explain more when somebody's booking. Lots of hidden cost and amenities i e $65 parking

I was taken back at the level of service we recieved although some of the staff was great, most of the staff appeared not very happy.

For a first timer, this was the most fabulous cruise! I am inspired to cruise again next year!

It was fun for a short cruise Nassau is sort of annoying port people offering you drugs and asking my step son if he needs a girlfriend for the day very pushy people in the straw market kinda sketchy won’t go there again in the cabin the sheets had previous people’s hair on them kinda gross food was good

Lots of things to do. Activities seemed to be for people over 50yrs. Such as music.

Enchantment of the Seas was a wonderful ship. The Cruise Director did a fantastic job - in all different types of activities. Food was great - service was top notch - crew was friendly and smiling at all times. The Royal Caribbean singers and dancers put on two shows that would revival a Broadway musical - they were great!

Standard Royal C ship with lots to do! A lot of locals take this trip. Port staff were great when we need a wheel chair to get on and off! Great dining staff and whatever you needed all the time.

Service aboard this cruise was close to non-existent, except for the dining staff for dinner. Breakfast dining was woefully slow, inattentive and abrupt. The cabin attendant was never to be found, did not make up our cabin until late in the day, and did not provide evening turn-down service until late. We were to receive a bottle of wine from our Travel agent, however, it never arrived in our cabin. The entertainment group was terrible. I an sorry to say this but the money spent on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas was completely wasted. Out of the 10 cruises we were on, this was the absolute worst. We will never again waste money on Royal Caribbean.

Had some bad experiences upon arriving for my cruise I asked for assistance to board, they called for it, while in my waiting area just prior to boarding employee informed me it would be at least an hour longer perhaps more for a wheelchair, upon arriving at Nassau I contacted customer service and asked to rent an electric chair to cruise Nassau they had one available and I was to come down to their counter They wanted $225.00 for the afternoon that crazy. I got off the ship and rented one downtown for $60.00 That's Bullshit. Upon leaving the ship I called and asked for a wheelchair they said I had 4 people ahead of me and that one would come to me waited for 1 1/2 hours finally walked to the disembark location and was told I still had to wait that there was a room full of people ahead of me. I walked off the ship nearly had a heart attack and was hurting so bad from walking that distance that I could barely maneuver at home This is Buulshit. Please pass this along to the cruise line.

Not worth the money; Cococay day was cancelled; so, the only port we visited was Freeport which is an industrial park. Activities were not geared to appeal to all ages; I invited a group of friends and we were totally disappointed.
