Review summary

Had some bad experiences upon arriving for my cruise I asked for assistance to board, they called for it, while in my waiting area just prior to boarding employee informed me it would be at least an hour longer perhaps more for a wheelchair, upon arriving at Nassau I contacted customer service and asked to rent an electric chair to cruise Nassau they had one available and I was to come down to their counter They wanted $225.00 for the afternoon that crazy. I got off the ship and rented one downtown for $60.00 That's Bullshit. Upon leaving the ship I called and asked for a wheelchair they said I had 4 people ahead of me and that one would come to me waited for 1 1/2 hours finally walked to the disembark location and was told I still had to wait that there was a room full of people ahead of me. I walked off the ship nearly had a heart attack and was hurting so bad from walking that distance that I could barely maneuver at home This is Buulshit. Please pass this along to the cruise line.

Not to sound rude, but if you had that much trouble walking, why not bring your own? Are you not allowed to bring your own on board? With thousands of people on board, I wouldn't expect them to have enough for everyone.

This sounds more like a failure to plan on your part than a failure of the cruiseline. If I had mobility issues I'd have my means. You obviously weren't the only person expecting the ship to move you around.

Might not be fake news but my experience with an elderly mom in a wheelchair it always takes awhile for assistance on and off ship. Patience is required and they get to you. Cruising is still a great option for those with poor mobility. Bringing your own is always preferable

I would have certainly brought my own if that was the case is this fake news??

Why didn't you take your own wheelchair or mobility scooter? Not trying to be rude... just curious. I have a child with mobility issues. She doesn't need help all the time, but knowing cruising takes a lot of walking. We bring our own.
