Review summary

Enchantment of the Seas was a wonderful ship. The Cruise Director did a fantastic job - in all different types of activities. Food was great - service was top notch - crew was friendly and smiling at all times. The Royal Caribbean singers and dancers put on two shows that would revival a Broadway musical - they were great!

Food and drinks were wonderful - with one exception. Royal Caribbean needs to offer other espresso/coffee than Starbucks. While their frappucinos, etc., may be good, their coffee is definitely not. And as an espresso/cappuccino several times a day drinker, they are definitely missing the mark in not offering another brand.

Our 'excursion' was renting lounge chairs. (the wave runner excursion had to be cancelled due to rough seas). And, since the weather was perfect, it was a relaxing day. However, not enough information was given before the port debarkation. Specifically, it would have been nice to have a little map to show where the activities were held. The only down-side, was that the RC staff on the island were 180 degrees opposite of those on the ship. Each and every one that we did either ask a question of, or requested drinks at the bar, were definitely not the smiling and friendly (and in some cases, actually rude) staff on the ship itself.
