Review summary

Service aboard this cruise was close to non-existent, except for the dining staff for dinner. Breakfast dining was woefully slow, inattentive and abrupt. The cabin attendant was never to be found, did not make up our cabin until late in the day, and did not provide evening turn-down service until late. We were to receive a bottle of wine from our Travel agent, however, it never arrived in our cabin. The entertainment group was terrible. I an sorry to say this but the money spent on Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas was completely wasted. Out of the 10 cruises we were on, this was the absolute worst. We will never again waste money on Royal Caribbean.

Always a fake review when they have Zero cruises listed.

OMG Fake review. I went on Enchantment in January. Went BTB. For 7 days. The dining staff the crew were amazing. Food was outstanding. Our room attendant was there morning and night . Chpps Grill was mouth water. Not to say we have had a few hiccups on ours cruises. We asked at front desk and it was fixed. No fuss no muss. And yes this was our 6th cruise and in 73 days I will be on another.

We did Enchantment in September and enjoyed it. Entertainment was generally poor and she is an older ship, but we had great service, above average food (against cruise ship standards) and overall had a relaxing 4 day getaway. Next year we will try Mariner and see what that brings.

That's too bad. If you look at all the recent reviews on Enchantment, they've been great. You mention 10 cruises you've been on but you only have 1 listed.
