The buffet were good, but I wish there are some Chinese food section. The dinning services were very good.

This was a family pre-Christmas getaway for a family of 9. We all enjoyed being together and doing all the activities the ship had to offer. However, being a regular cruiser, this ship is in need of major repairs and renovation.

It was great generally. I wish there was a section of Chinese food.

Well I have sailed R C three times several years ago and loved everything about! - this experience was not good - poor customer service - not friendly or helpful ( except main dining staff) not as clean as expected - and buffet really needs a face lift - their were No beautiful fruit designs - they always had those on the other ships and and no ice designs either - Luxury ship - is is not!

Excellent service and staff. Great assortment of food choices. Good music venues all over the ship. Deck 2 had night time engine noise whenever the ship was sailing. Smallest shower we ever had on a cruise ship.

The cruise employees were very friendly and their service was amazing. The buffet room was very crowded and small but the food was amazing. My room was very clean but there was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom when we first checked into our room. And I wish the cruise gave us more time to stay on coco cay.

Perfect holiday and the ship's staff made everything seem perfect. The only negative would be the smoking areas that do not appear to be designated and for two non smokers that was a slight problem. Overall it was an experience we would love to repeat. Bev and Barry

Public areas of the ship were overcrowded. The casual food buffets were unorganized, had to wait for a table and to get a beverage. The staff was gracious and did their best but given the layout, they could only do so much.

Inside the ship maintenance was good, however outside there was visible rust all around the ship. Since the ship could not stay at Coco Cay because of bad weather, it continued to Bahamas. It appeared that the crew was not prepared for this since there was no entertainment other that to play trivia and other games from the 50's. When the ship was cruising the walls in the room had a constant squeak making it hard to sleep. Since I provided a credit card for any purchases, ship employees started to charge a daily fee per person for tips as they please, when tips were paid in advance.

Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cool and rainy, but there were still lots of things to do.

I was amazed by all the staff how are they organized . the ship was very clean ,very neat and what's amaze me the food court or the restaurant Very Very Very clean

This was one of the worsted cruise that I have been on.. The family cruise every December but it will not be on this Ship again...

All was perfect except for the MUSIC?/Noise, causing not only the loud but the actual vibration of our entire cabin! The first evening we made mention to our cabin steward and he “fixed” it. The second not it was ok. Third might was unbearable!! We thought it would stop by 9:40 maybe 10pm....Nope...continued on...could not make contact with stewards was already dressed for bed so tried calling customer service..now one ever answer. We kept trying to call for help but to no avail!! We finally got dressed and left the room..went by customer service..there was an exceptionally long line..so we gave up and finally we back to our room later. We have never experienced this kind of thing or lack of service from Royal Caribbean before. It was so bad that if we had been first time cruisers..it would have been our last.

We had a great time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party! The drinks were amazing and our room attendant, Warren, was fantastic!

The food was amazing. We're didn't know that when we're booked that or Bonnet reservation was set for the whole week, so we're didn't always go to the formal dining. Hint, is included In the cruise. The staff was really friendly, but they only know about their department., so you won't get many answers about specific things on board.

Great food, clean ship and fun time. Really enjoyed this ship.

The pools were a little too crowded, but the scenery from the boat and the live entertainment was great. Even though my wife got very seasick, we still ended up being quite satisfied with our cruise experience.

This was a great getaway before the holiday rush. The cruise director had great energy and was always available. The entertainment was fun and plentiful. This is a nice size ship, easy to get around without walking a mile.
