The service was really bad when we first got on board we had to have them come and clean our stateroom because it was dirty. Also I stood in omelette line to get me an egg cooked scrambled well done he (cook) told me to get eggs of bar and I had to get staff members so he would cook me eggs because I dont egg me eggs running.

As I stated before we had to get our room clean when we first got on board there was hair still left in the shower and the bed is really uncomfortable.
