Beautiful, clean ship. Overall the staff was very helpful. Dining expereince was great, food was awesome. Indoor stateroom was small but tolerable and very clean.

We have cruised several times before but this was our first cruise on Royal Caribbean. I was very impressed, the ship was beautiful, the crew was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food and entertainment were excellent.

more of a talker here than a writer--but must say, having been on several cruises before, must rate this the best--and why?, the attentiveness of staff--my lady friend and i just about lived in the casino--the dealers knew us both by name and would address us each time they saw us--terry, the casino manager is doing an exceptional job, but then again his staff is also---our inside stateroom was just fine, clean and neat as a pin--our attendant was exceptional and helpful--dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable and uneventful for a negative experience---had my first facial, friend had massage, that staff also very friendly, courteous and competent-----wow, have said plenty, would highly recommend this ship, plan on going back---VERY SOON!

Great Time

I enjoyed: 1. The cruise suite. It was big enough to eliminate having us bumping into each other. It has a lot of storage space. 2. Variety of activities. We are very conservative and we were able to enjoy the events we chose to attend. 3. Our dinner partners. We were matched perfectly. Was not to my expectation: The Captain night. I beleive the information provided did not reflect what actually happened that evening. We sould have made different choices had we known better.

This was our first cruise and we had a fantastic time. Everyone on board the ship was so nice, staff and guests. We wished our cruise had been a litlle longer, maybe next time we will book a 7 night cruise.

The ship was as comfortable a playground as could be.

Beautiful ship and facilities, loved the Solarium. Massage was wonderful.

All in all I think the ship was very nice and the process to get on and off was very well organized. For the most part, the service was fine. However on the last night the toilet stopped working for over 10 hours. We had two adults and twin 10 year boys in our room. Royal Caribbean staff did not appear to be very apologetic about it and did nothing to make other arrangements for us. I don't think I would want to be on this ship any longer than a four day cruise.

The ship was very well mantained and clean friendly staff and good food nice pool areas but the ship had activities designed for the older crowd like bingo every night. So this became a relaxing vacation more than a have some fun vacation.

We had a fabulous time. We were in an inside stateroom on the top deck and it was great! Crew super friendly and helpful at all times. Ship very clean, they were constantly cleaning. Quality of all food was great! Plenty of choices at all meals.

The staff on this ship was outstanding and funny. We just loved the whole cruise experience-the drinks -food-entertainment-kereoke-the little trios playing in the center of the ship-even our interior room ws roomy enough for 3 adults-we loved how dark it was on the day we got to sleep in with the time change. LIked the purell pumps on the ship..I worried about the height of the new walkway but found myself on it the first day...There is something on this ship for everyone

The Enchantment of the Seas is a wonderful, newly refurbished ship. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. My husband and I had a great time. There is always something to do and always great food available. I would highly recommend this ship to anyone. I've been on 5 cruises and this was one of the best ships I've sailed on.

we thought the ship was nice and had a lot to offer for activities we are repete crusiers and will only use royalcaribian and while on board booked our trip for next year.

OK ship but not any better than Carnival. More sedate than Carnival but not as nice as Disney. Nice job on the renovation but overall the ship does still show its age a little.

Over all the ship was clean. However they were doing a lot of repair on the pool deck. The last night completely closed off. Also, this is the first ship that was hot just about everywhere you went.

I think the layout of the ship made it harder for a group.......The dance bar on the top floor was hard to get too, the casino was very small and always too warm. The staff was not as friendly as the Carnival cruises i have taken. No one seemed to care, if they did ask you if they could get you anything or help you it seemed no one was personable at all.

We were impressed with the neew pool area. The multi-colored splash pool and suspension bridge with extra lounging was amazing! We were also disapointed that even though it was sunny & warm the "Adult Section" Solarium roof remained closed throughout the cruise. It was hot and smelled of chlorine. The alternative dining at Chops was great, (get the steak). We were somewhat disqapointed with the dining seating. We have gotten used to freestyle and having set dining times did not cut it for us. We missed moost of the shows because we picked the late seating.

We just sailed on our first ever cruise. The Enchantment was Awesome! The staff was amazing. The food was out of this world. We never went hungry,we actually gained quite a few pounds.We should have taken advantage of the very clean and usefull gym. The drinks were perfect,the bartenders amazing.After the first day a few new our names by site.The main dinning room experience was out of this world.All the entertainment was top notch. The beds in the staterooms were tooo comfortable.We are already looking for deals for our next cruise in about six months. Thanks and hats off to all who made this the trip of a lifetime.
