Enchantment of the Seas

Sail Date: November 02, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

All in all I think the ship was very nice and the process to get on and off was very well organized. For the most part, the service was fine. However on the last night the toilet stopped working for over 10 hours. We had two adults and twin 10 year boys in our room. Royal Caribbean staff did not appear to be very apologetic about it and did nothing to make other arrangements for us.

I don't think I would want to be on this ship any longer than a four day cruise.

Pros: Food, entertainment

Cons: Bathroom did not work for over 10 hours in the room.

Recommends Enchantment of the Seas? Yes!
