Large and beautiful, with small living quarters.

Food was very disappointing. Crew great extremely clean. Spa was great and we loved Barbara our room attendent. Pool was always packed not enough chairs.

the ship was fine but i didn't get any help when i didn't have tickets from CRUISES ONLY for my offshore excursions. basically they said too bad you should have bought them from us. no way to contact CRUISES ONLY so i had to buy the tickets again, won't use CRUISES ONLY again or ROYAL CARIBBEAN but will definetely take another cruise next year.

the ship was a beautiful ship. the service was excellent, the food was good. the only thing we didn't like was the shows. they were very unprofessional.

Ship was very elegant. Overall we loved the cruise! Belize was disappointing but Cozumel and Key West were wonderful.

My spouse and I enjoyed a relaxing 4 days of pampering, wonderful food and entertainment, great port visits and didn't want to come back to reality! We had a wonderful time. My spouse was a "first-timer", and asked when the next cruise was going to be before we even left the ship!

This is a really good looking ship. It feels bigger than it's tonnage suggests. This is probably due to all the glass it has in its design. Overall my partner and I really enjoyed our time onboard. The entertainment in particular was excellent. Food onboard was also of a high standard. As with all Royal Carribean cruises the staff were universally excellent, and a real asset to the company.

We have sailed on the Enchantment five times in two years. It is one of our RCCL favorites. Being Diamond Members gives us the perks of the Concierge Lounge. Julian who serves as the Concierge makes the room very enjoyable as he gives his personal touch.

Overall, we had an excellent time. My wife celebrated her 50th birthday during the cruise and the stateroom was nicely decorated for the occasion. The stateroom was very pleasant and the balcony quite spacious. The shows were to a good standard and presented extremely well by the Cruise Director and his assistants. The various bars and lounges were very comfortable and the choice of pool decks was excellent, catering for those who wanted peace and quiet and those who were in the party mood! The quality of the food and table service was also very good.

The ship is beautiful with the public areas all spruced up. Our stateroom was roomy enough and the linens were first rate. The bathroom needed some updating. The choices of foods were terrific and we especially enjoyed the Windjammer buffet. Entertainment was first rate. We felt we got good value for our money and would recommend this ship for a fun time. The ship had all ages of passengers, but we never felt overwhelmed with people.

Bingo payout vers the amount to play was a bust. The night club could have played a better mix for dancing for all ages.

This ship is very comfortable, There are two big pools next to the buffet area. The stateroom was very comfortable. Also, the shows were excellent.

This was our first cruise so I have nothing for comparison. However, we found the ship to be very well maintained and generally found every aspect of it to be pleasant.

The Enchantment of the Seas is a lovely, spacious ship. The cruise director did an outstanding job of coordinating and providing activities to appeal to all. The piano bar, and lobby entertainment was perfect for the space provided. The disco was fun and full of energy. The dining was both delicious and presented well. Our stateroom was always clean and well taken care of. All in all the nicest cruise I've been on -- and I've been on many! Thanks!

Great ship. amazing, staff, really good food. kids camp is great, cococay i cant wait to go back. We love this cruise.

A wonderful first cruise - the crew were all friendly and helpful and the dinners were outstanding.

I was traveling with my husband and another couple and we talked all week about the comfort and ease and how the staff managed to keep us entertained. After dinner each evening, we enjoyed wonderful entertainment in the theatre and then a trip to the casino or dancing in the different lounges or relaxing in the atrium with music to wind down our day. When we returned to our staterooms each evening, our beds were turned down, chocolates on our pillows and towel animals on our beds. I was really surprised that the room was quiet and we were able to sleep (what little we tried to do) without noise outside.

Our stateroom was in disrepair--stain on carpet, caulking on window, "medicine" cabinet in bathroom wouldn't shut. Lost pair of $300 prescription sun glasses because our room steward used them for the "towel animal" on our bed and we did not know the glasses he used was ours. we called lost and found and they returned call stating they were not found. we know exactly where we left them in our room-just didn't know they were ours. We had an unexpected family death in Colorado (a 4 year old boy of one of our family members with us on the cruise). It took family in Colorado 26 calls over a 13 hour period to get word to us as he kept getting redirected to the wrong people with Royal Caribbean. At the last call he was told the desk would leave notes on our doors and call over the PA for an emergency, but that never happened.

Ship was great. Did have two people in our group get sick with gastroenteritis (vomiting and diarrhea). Would recommend bringing or the ship installing dispensers for hand sanitizers.
