We have sailed on the Enchantment five times in two years. It is one of our RCCL favorites. Being Diamond Members gives us the perks of the Concierge Lounge. Julian who serves as the Concierge makes the room very enjoyable as he gives his personal touch.

Pros: Chops Steak House

Cons: The smoke filled Casino. We could not get in the hot tubs because of all of the kids.
