The worst Cruise I have ever been on

The ship had an old look and feel. The elevator wait time was very excessive. The drink prices were excessive. Example a 24 pack of water was over 90 dollars. I would expect for the price we paid these items would be more reasonable. Our trip to Aruba was less expensive, inclusive and the family time was much better. We would rate this experience a 3 our to 10 (Best). We would not book another cruise based on this experience.

Good cruse

The ship was nice, however when compared to the other RC ships I have cruised on, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the service. They refurbished the ship to add more cabins, but the number of seats in the dining area, theatre, etc. remains the same which limit the space to accomodate all of the passengers. The staterooms were not cleaned well as I have previously experienced on other ships and the stateroom attendant was not very friendly and seemed like he just wanted to make the bed and change the towels quickly.

Ship was very nice, but it is an older ship and didn't have some any of the items that you would find on new cruise ships (i.e. golf simulator, basketball court, and other items for kids).

The ship was well maintained. Our inside room was clean and quiet, although really small which was not that big of a deal since we spent little time in the room. The staff was courteous and efficient.

The ship was beautiful. Food was very good and plenty of it.

This ship is really showing it's age. Also, the service (except for dining room personnel) is spread so thin that it is almost self-service.

The people were great but I don't know that I would recommend this cruise line to friends.

It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We just had so much fun and enjoyed ourselves.

Just okay.

Having read many reviews of this ship and of the cruiseline, I was expecting a mediocre experience. Instead, we were treated very nicely by the staff and by other passengers. We don't gamble, but the rest of the activities were fun, kept us occupied and never left without something to do. Of special note was the Sous Chef who took us under his care to make sure we were fed. We are Hindu vegetarians and he was familiar with our ethnic diet. So, he made sure we never left the dining area without feeling satiated and a part of the family.

The ship was older but had been updated. It was beautiful and plenty of room for all passengers to enjoy the common spaces.

It said it was updated--but some areas still looked a little dated. Otherwise it was very nice and clean.
