We had a wonderful time, the age and size of the Enchantment of the Seas cruise ship were nowhere near the levels that warranted so many complaints of others. I wouldn't hesitate to book another cruise on this ship.
The crew were fantastic, the food was good, but the freestyle coke machines needed to be restocked better and the carbonation levels increased. I recommend bringing your own 12 pack (one per guest) instead of buying the soda package.

We paid for key membership and it was fantastic
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food was excellent, but the coca-cola freestyle machine sodas were constantly empty for a lot of selections and tended to be a little flat overall for the amount of carbonation in the soda. I paid for the soda package, but in the future I will bring my own 12 pack and just drink juice or coffee with my meals at the WindJammer Cafe.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We spent a lot of time in the Solarium in the hot tubs. The facilities were always in excellent condition and by being adults only, it was very peaceful and relaxing.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We only watched the from stage to screen performance but it was excellent
Children's Programs
No kids with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We received excellent service from everyone on the ship and our cabin steward Jorge was fantastic.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
While Enchantment is an older ship with signs of its age, the ship was in excellent condition and I wouldn't hesitate to book another cruise on it in the future.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin size was good and neither my wife or myself had any issues with feeling cramped. We enjoyed being able to look out the window and by being ok deck 2, we had a closer view of the ocean.
Ship tip
Ignore all the folks who complain about how bad this ship is. The smaller size is great if you don't like being around a lot of people
We enjoyed our excursion on the hop on / hop off trolley and learned a lot of history about key west. I wouldn't mind going to key west again to spend a week or so seeing all of the sites and getting to try out the different bars and restaurants there.
We paid for key membership, so it was fantastic. We enjoyed an al la carte breakfast in the main dining hall, then had priority disembarking with our luggage already for pickup in a separate section from the other luggage that was still being offloaded from the ship.
