8 Night Canada & New England (Baltimore Roundtrip)

Sail date: August 11, 2022

Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Traveled as: Couple

Review summary

This was our 3rd cruise this year on Enchantment, but this was the first one that was at full capacity and it was overcrowded in the dining rooms and theater. We love this itinerary.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Food was not good, my time dining is very unorganized. We made reservations for each night but it didn't seem to make any difference. Long line, slow food service, overcrowded.

Solarium with Solarium Bar

5 out of 5

Lot of new cruisers don't seem to realize this is a good place to eat, especially breakfast.

Schooner Bar

3 out of 5

Most popular place on the ship. Hard to ever find a seat. Almost impossible to get a drink order taken. Not enough staff for the crowd. They should shift the activities from the Schooner Bar down the hall to the Spotlight Lounge which is much larger and fewer activities.

My Fair Lady Dining Room

2 out of 5

Long lines to get in. Slow service. Food was very disappointing.

Boleros Lounge

4 out of 5

Good music but slow drink service even when not crowded.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pool deck was easy to get a drink, waiters all over the area.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
One show was really good, others not too hot

Centrum

5 out of 5

Rockport band is the star of the ship.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Waiters did their best but were overwhelmed in main ding room. Room steward was good.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
This ship is wore out. Carpets are old and worn. Rust spots all over.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Average ov cabin No refrigerator.

Ship tip

Don't expect much.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Smooth. Would have been easier to wait in our cabin which was right by the centrum on deck four, we had to go to theater to await our tag numbers to be called and the walk right back by our cabin to disembark.

Traveler Photos

Nice quiet spot.
