With the exception of Nassau, we had a very nice time.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We payed very close attention to what the required documents and covid requirements were and had everything in hand when asked. This being said, the staff at Baltimore made quick work of processing us and we were on the ship in a relatively short period of time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
I've seen a few negative comments on Facebook about the Windjammer, but personally had no issues. The staff was incredible, and so was the food. Having the luxury of an all you can eat type of environment, breakfast lunch and dinner, for over a week is always going to be a better deal than having to come home from work and prepare it yourself. We were thankful for their efforts.
Onboard Activities

There seemed to be something to please most, we were happy to sit and relax while listening to Rockport.
Entertainment

Loved sitting and listening to Rockport, and 70s night was a lot of fun!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff was super helpful and respectful, made our trip much more relaxing. I hope they're being well taken care of and respected in return, they deserve it.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
No issues with the layout and design, and the ship was clean, however it is apparent that the Enchantment is an older ship that is in need of upgrades and fresh paint. That being said, we witnessed on a daily basis, throughout the ship, staff making their way around keeping the floors and pool decks clean and tidy. If something was laying on the ground, it likely wasn't there long. I was surprised however how dirty the windows were. Perhaps they are short staffed in maintenance, this was certainly apparent with the windows in the Windjammer Cafe as well as our room. They simply may need more time to play catch up from last year as I've never seen the windows quite like this in the past.

Ship tip
If this is your first time visiting Nassau, my advice is to book an excursion through the ship, or stay on the ship. We found most of the local shop owners to be very pushy, wouldn't let us browse for very long before they just pestered.
As with Nassau, this was our first time visiting this island, and what an amazing turn around. Coco Cay epitomized the natural beauty of the Bahamas on a very small island (half mile wide by 200 yards long if I'm not mistaken). We wanted for nothing in the way of relaxation. There were always available lounge chairs, plenty of beach for everyone, the water was beautiful, free tram service, numerous shops, as well as food and ice cream. Royal Caribbean did a wonderful job of making the most out of a relatively small area and would highly recommend visiting.
As this was our first time here, we were completely unaware of how pushy the taxi drivers and business owners were. Many shop owners would stand at the entrance and practically beg you to come in, and once inside they seldom left you alone to browse peacefully. I was approached by a local trying to sell me drugs, telling me in detail how he packages them so as not to get caught with them when reboarding the ship. My advice to anyone visiting Nassau is to either book an excursion through the ship....or stay on it.
Third time visiting Bermuda, this time we did the bus tour of the island which was wonderful. Lots of beautiful scenery and learned a lot about the history and economy of Bermuda.
As with embarkation, the better prepared you are, the smoother this process was. Staff did a great job of informing everyone ahead of time exactly what they would need and what was expected.
Embarkation was fairly easy. Once onboard, on vacationš„°. Bermuda was beautiful,as always, 23rd time there. Nassau is Nassau. Doing a lot of construction on the docks so quite a long walk from the ship to downtown. Coco Cay is just as beautiful as it was in 2019. Overall a great cruise, Royal needs to address some maintenance issues and the coffee bar on deck 6 needs to step up service.
We try to ignore the pushy people in Nassau, just walk fast past them, and only would go in stores where no one is outside harassing tourists. Also, we try t spend as little time there and make our way to the museums and distilleries. Margaritaville is also within walking distance of the cruise dock. Most touristy places have the pushy salespeople out on the street and annoying cabbies, it's like that even in Miami!
