Nice size, but ship up keep lacked. Our balcony the wood railings surface rough needed sanding & need to be finished with varnish. And there is rust every on the balcony.

Ship tip

1. Try everything in your room, a member of our group had hot water & air conditioner problems for 3 day, they were finally given a different room 2. Luggage, check them for damage when they get to your room and when you get them on disenbarkment day. When disembarking we found wheels bent & cracked, material ripped, and the handle was bent and could not be used.

Even when on land hotels and motels need to have repairs, they just aren't moving in the ocean.I am glad that there is constant up keep because I may enjoy it on my next cruise if I choose that ship!

Maintainance on any ship is a non stop job. They refurb a section at a time while in service and when finished they start all over again. Short of a dry dock it is not possible to refurb/paint whole ship at once. Saltwater takes its toll and it requires constant attention. If they did larger sections of ship durring cruise, more would complain about odor, noise or lack of access.
