Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Our servers were first class, made us laugh every evening, never let our drinks run out!! One of the reasons we came back to this ship!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Pamper party, bingo, pool

Entertainment

They were good but better on your other ships

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Best service ever!!!! We loved our room attendant-so much that we upgraded to the same room for our cruise in 2 weeks

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Lots of worn areas, peeling ceilings in windjammer, lots of rust. We paid for our son and wife to cruise in a Jr suite and very disappointed.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very clean! Bed/pillows were comfortable. Size was perfect! The deck had a lot of rust, chair cushions had quite a bit of stains.

Ship tip

If you’re looking for personal service, book a cruise on this ship!!

Visited new places that we learned from the port director (lady), she was very informative

Disembarkation

We opted to exit with our son/wife instead of priority departure. We waited in the theatre with everyone else, went great BUT when exiting the ship many families would get off elevator and just jump in line instead of going to the theatre and getting in line. Staff should be at exits to discourage this type of behavior.
