Small over crowded pools, rock climbing was closed most of the trip along with the bungee. Not a very kid friendly boat.

We just got off the Enchantment on the 25th and I agree the ship was in very rough shape. Lots of rust and lots of age... the activities were closed all week... the ship is long overdue for servicing. This was our 12th cruise and this ship by far is in the worst shape. Still enjoyed our cruise!💕

If you wanted a "more kid friendly" ship then you should have done your research, that's not on RC that is on you.

You do not have to go Disney and pay $$$$ for kid activity, just a newer larger ship that is kid friendly.

Rust is common on anything around salt water and is difficult to maintain perfectly. It shouldn’t affect the operation or ability to enjoy the amenities on the ship.

We just got off the Enchantment of the Seas on Monday morning and had a wonderful time. We had absolutely no issues at all, the inside of a ship was spotless. I suppose if you go looking for rust you will find it on any ship

Great for a first cruise

Great trip and cruise teams were great and friendly. Unfortunately when deboarded, RC stuck me with a bill to pay for gratuities $14.50/person per night. We did not sign up for this. I already gave the maid a tip before departure.
